Serving the community for over 30 years, Palmerston provides an important service that supports individuals and families in Western Australia that are facing issues with alcohol and drug use. We operate from a number of locations with a Therapeutic Community 35kms south of Perth, which is supported by the Residential and Family Support Services at the Palmerston Perth office, the South Metropolitan Community Drug Service with offices in Fremantle, Rockingham and Mandurah, the Great Southern Community Drug Service Team located in Albany and providing services in Katanning, Denmark, Mt Barker, Walpole and other outlying towns.
