Palmerston is committed to providing culturally secure services to Aboriginal clients. Aboriginal staff are available to provide advice and support.
There are six dedicated beds for Aboriginal clients at Palmerston Farm, which are provided with support from the Aboriginal Alcohol and Drug Service.
In the Great Southern, there are specific programs for Aboriginal clients, including the Young Parents’ Program ('Yarning and Parenting' - YAP) and the Walk Tall Program.
