We are seeking to fill the following position at Palmerston Perth:

Clinical Coordinator - Palmerston Perth

Full time position, located ot our Perth service located in North Perth.

The successful applicant will be a leader who will coordinate the delivery of services at Palmerston Perth and support the team to develop and deliver services that are responsive to client needs in a therapeutic and welcoming environment. Major responsibilities include leadership to the team of counselling staff, peer workers and volunteers to ensure quality and effective service delivery, staff supervision and clinical practice. The successful applicant will also have a caseload. The role also ensures the smooth and effective relationship with Palmerston’s therapeutic community to facilitate a seamless integrated service for clients seeking residential treatment.

Applications for this position are sought from people with team leadership experience who thrive on change management with sound clinical experience in the alcohol and other drug, and/or mental health fields.

Salary range is $79,500 to $82,900. The conditions of employment are attractive and include salary packaging entitlements and superannuation.
