Partners in Recovery - Community First

If you have, or someone you know has, a severe and persistent mental illness, a Partners in Recovery (PIR) Support Facilitator can help you identify the services and supports, and will help maintain positive relationships with the relevant services that you may need to assist you on your recovery journey and improve your quality of life.

Your Support Facilitator will work with you to provide coordination of the identified services and supports, and will help maintain positive relationships with the relevant services. Palmerston employs support workers in the PIR initiative in partnership with Community First.
