Palmerston is a leading not-for-profit provider of alcohol and other drug (AOD), mental health, health and wellbeing services in Western Australia.

Establish in 1980, Palmerston has a rich and proud history of providing alcohol and other drug, mental health, health and wellbeing services that improves lives. We offer a flexible range of services including counselling, group support, residential rehabilitation and educational initiatives. Our services reach across the Perth metro, Peel, South West and Great Southern regions of WA.

Our Constitution

Palmerston’s Constitution was updated in 2024 to reflect our evolving mission and commitment to addressing the broader needs of individuals, families, and communities impacted by both mental health and alcohol and other drugs. A program within Casuarina Prison that helps men break the cycle of addiction.
