Fixed Term, part-time contract until June 2024 – Flexible hours.  A secondment arrangement can be considered.

Location:  Flexible (will be required to travel to Palmerston branches occasionally).

Palmerston Association is a leading and respected not for profit provider of alcohol and other drugs services.  We have a rich and proud history of providing support through a range of services including counselling, groups, residential rehabilitation, and educational initiatives.

We are currently looking for someone to support the implementation of ongoing organisational clinical processes to enable Palmerston to become a leader in the AOD sector through evidence-based practice, research and evaluation and through the delivery of ongoing service excellence.

About the role

This new position of Evaluation Framework Lead will review, analyse and implement the key

recommendations of Palmerston’s Evaluation Framework strategy.  The role will support

service delivery excellence across Palmerston’s operations by assisting with the

implementation of Palmerston’s evaluation framework and strategy during 2023-24.

This will involve working closely with Palmerston’s leadership team to develop appropriate

strategies and implement the framework to embed new clinical evaluation tools across

relevant Palmerston services.  This will require an understanding of the change management

aspects and culture change required across Palmerston’s teams to utilise the new tools.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be prepared to travel occasionally to a range of Palmerston branches in Perth metropolitan, South West and the Great Southern regions.

Salary is negotiable based on relevant qualifications and experience.
