About the role

We are seeking to recruit a Support Worker at our Beela Valley Residential Therapeutic Community (located in Brunswick Junction).

Classification:                     Level 2.1

Title:                                      Support Worker

Award:                                 Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award


Support workers maintain presence and involvement within the community. Working within a multidisciplinary team structure, Support Workers role model the principles and key practices of a therapeutic community.

We are currently looking to create a pool of Casual Support Workers. Applicants must have availability to work across a 24-hour roster, 7 days a week, as overnight and weekend work is likely to be required. Penalty rates apply according to the shifts worked.
