The Prison Pathways Program supports you to break free from cycles of criminal behaviour and substance use while in Albany Regional Prison. Funded by the Department of Justice, this voluntary program is open to men aged 18 and over from all cultural backgrounds.
You’ll take part in a structured, supportive environment where you can focus on personal growth, recovery, and healing. The program is delivered over 50 sessions and follows three key phases: Challenge to Change, Commitment to Change, and Ownership of Change. Each phase helps you reflect, take responsibility, and develop practical skills for a safe and successful transition back into the community.
Assessment for suitability is conducted at Albany Regional Prison.
By completing the program, you’ll build the tools to support long-term well-being, recovery, and a meaningful life beyond incarceration.
